1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Team Performance eK, in particular chip tuning, diagnostics, repair and workshop work.

2. Services

Team Performance eK carries out work according to the state of the art. The exact scope of services is agreed upon individually.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT.
Payment is due immediately upon collection of the vehicle.
Payment methods: Cash or bank transfer (by arrangement).

4. Vehicle condition

The customer confirms that the vehicle is technically suitable for the commissioned work. Should any further requirements arise during the work, the customer will be informed.

5. Software optimization (chip tuning)

Increased performance places higher demands on engine and vehicle components.
The customer is aware that:
•Warranty/insurance claims may be affected,
•The operating permit may expire if changes are not entered.

Modifications to exhaust and emission systems (e.g. EGR, DPF, NOx systems) are only permitted for motorsport applications in Germany.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is used in accordance with the law.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies.
No liability is accepted for damage caused by wear and tear, pre-existing damage, improper use or overloading.

7. Liability

We are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Liability for engine damage, gearbox damage or consequential damage caused by performance enhancements is excluded, unless these are clearly attributable to our negligence.

8. Retention of title

Installed parts remain the property of Team Performance eK until full payment is received.

9. Data protection

Customer data is stored exclusively for order processing and is not passed on to third parties, except where necessary for the fulfillment of the order.

10. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, insofar as legally permissible, is the Amberg District Court.

11. Severability Clause

Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
